The deposit that shows up,
even when your client doesn't.
Faxity gives your business a booking page that collects a deposit before every appointment, refunds it automatically when your client shows, and forfeits it the moment they don't, protecting your time without you lifting a finger.
Built for the businesses that lose real money to empty slots.
A deposit that actually holds
Clients pay an upfront deposit to confirm their slot. Show up, and it's refunded or credited automatically. No-show, and it's forfeited, no awkward phone call from you required.
The money is yours, directly
Deposits settle straight into your own connected Stripe account via Stripe Connect. Faxity never holds your money or sits between you and it.
Reminders and easy cancellation
An automatic SMS reminder before every appointment, with a link your client can use to cancel themselves, refunded outside your cutoff window and forfeited inside it.
Pick a plan, start a free trial, cancel any time.
Every plan includes a 3-day free trial. We ask for a card up front so your subscription doesn't lapse mid-trial, but you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel from your dashboard whenever you like.

Before you ask, here's the honest answer.
What if my client genuinely couldn't make it, an emergency?
That's a judgment call for you, not Faxity. You can refund or credit any deposit manually from your dashboard at any time, whatever the reason. The automatic forfeiture only kicks in if you mark a booking as a no-show yourself.
What happens to the deposit if I have to cancel on the client?
If you cancel an appointment, the deposit should go back to the client. You can issue that refund from your dashboard in a couple of clicks, it isn't automatic in that direction, since only you know when you've had to cancel.
How does the deposit actually work?
You set a deposit percentage and a cancellation cutoff (for example, 48 hours). Clients pay that deposit through your own connected Stripe account when they book. If they cancel or reschedule outside the cutoff, it's refunded automatically. If they cancel, reschedule, or don't show inside the cutoff, it's forfeited to you.
Is client payment information safe?
Yes. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. Faxity never sees or stores a client's card details, and the money settles straight into your own Stripe account rather than passing through us.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Any time, from your dashboard, no lock-in contract. If you cancel, your booking page stops taking new bookings at the end of your current billing period.
